I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels, guesthouses, historic B&Bs... this place is special. You can see the river and bridge from the bedroom. The host is an excellent communicator with extensive knowledge of the area. The bed was very comfortable...the hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking in the cold. If you stay here - say hello!

The absolute best bed and breakfast you will ever experience! We live in an apartment with a double bed. Hospitality, room, decor, view, breakfast are beyond imagination! If you are planning to go to Niagara Falls this is the place to stay!

There are beautiful views from the room and terrace, the rooms are very comfortable and the hosts are attentive and have the little things you can use to make the B&B a better option than a normal hotel. A balanced and healthy breakfast every day keeps us full the next day. The location is the perfect distance between the falls and downtown. I would highly recommend it.

All I can say is it's right on the water and what a calm, very relaxing vibe it is. I couldn't ask for better. Our host Alan was great. She makes breakfast every morning - so delicious. He even asked if any of us had dietary restrictions or allergies before checking in. So considerate. He is a very gracious host. We've closed the return gap for next year. There are many outdoor seating areas around. Kayaks are provided. A hot tub and fishing rods are available if desired. Coffee, tea, water and muffins welcome you in the reception area. Then head straight to your cool, air-conditioned room. Just a nice room. Allen took great care in furnishing the room. Everything is beautiful, from the bathroom fixtures to the crystal lights in the bathroom. The shower and jacuzzi are amazing! I slept peacefully on the bed, very comfortable. Like I said, it's already booked for next year.

A+++ Great experience. My wife and I had a great stay last weekend. Mike and Alan are first class hosts, the best in the business. This B&B offers everything you would expect and more. They add a personal touch and will personalize your experience. They take time to get to know you and prioritize customizing your experience. This homestay is second to none and it did not disappoint. Enjoy, relax and connect with everything this bed and breakfast has to offer. Stay safe and enjoy, best wishes.

Nice hotel to stay on the Buffalo side of Niagara, close to the falls. The sky lounge is nice with a view. However, the bar doesn't serve counterfeit soft drinks, which I found a bit odd. The room is very clean with all the facilities. Breakfast is available in the morning for $10 per person. The theme and grandeur of the hotel is impressive. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation. For parking, you must obtain a temporary parking ticket and code at the front desk.
20:53 17. 23
This is definitely a unique hotel with many ancient qualities. I love the decor, the exposed pipes in the room give it an industrial feel. The thing is, it's very close to the falls, so it's nice to climb to the top to watch the fireworks. We stayed during the Blues Festival in September and overall it was a great experience. The room was very quiet, you couldn't hear anyone while you were sleeping. The fireplace is a nice touch, and breakfast in your room is a quick treat before heading out. Once you understand the parking situation and the fact that it is gated, you will feel a little safer. I will definitely visit again.
00:34 30. 22. Stud
The room was fine but a bit run down with torn curtains and scratches on the wallpaper. There was a dirty blanket on the bed but all sheets were clean and tidy. Motion-activated lights can be a bit of a surprise in the middle of the night. We had trouble keeping the room warm the first night, but once it warmed up, everything seemed fine. The staff were friendly, but it was a bit odd to be charged multiple times for a deposit. However, there is no backlog. The view from the top floor is amazing, although not wheelchair accessible as you have to walk up a flight of stairs. Overall, this is a great venue and I would love to visit Giacomo again at some point and try another room.

We love living here! From the moment we walked in the lady on reception was working 10/13/22. She is so friendly and helpful! The room was clean and well stocked with coffee, tea and water. We love the huge hot tub! The hotel serves breakfast in the room at designated times! Which is delicious! I would stay here again!

Excellent hotel. The staff are professional and friendly. During the pandemic, they started serving breakfast in every room. They decided to keep offering it. Included in the accommodation, hot/cold breakfast. Fruit and cereal, eggs, sausage, bagels and toast. The living room on the main floor is beautifully decorated. It has an almost Moroccan feel. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give this place five stars is that it's very small. The carpet in the hallways smelled a bit musty. If you take them off, they deserve a five star rating.
